XETICS LEAN Easy app for iPhone and iPad

With XETICS LEAN Easy you can quickly track, analyse and improve your processes.

For lean experts, process optimizers, production managers, work planners, process planners, division managers, managing directors and all other responsible optimizers.

The app has been designed in such a way that you can start recording process data almost immediately with little effort and without connecting to existing IT systems. XETICS LEAN Easy thus enables the digital value stream recording of production processes. Without the connection of machines or control software, you can record the production times of your orders via the app. As a result, you get the throughput times of the orders in the individual processing steps as well as the wait times in between. The recorded data provide a real-time overview as a basis for decisions and future optimizations.

You get an overview of how productive the individual stations are on a daily basis, you can thus very quickly analyze how productive your production is over time and where potentials are.

How it works:

1. Request an instance to collect your data here at XETICS
2. You will receive your login data including URL to your instance by email
3. Link the app to your instance
4. You create the relevant production stations in the Web interface (URL)
5. Production orders are recorded via the app (manually or by code scan)
6. Orders are captured throughout the process at each station with the start and end of processing via the app (the integrated scan function facilitates identification of production orders via existing QR/DMC/barcodes)
7. The integrated search function quickly finds the station and the status of an order
8. All existing data can be clearly viewed (in real time) via the web UI (internet browser)
9. The Excel export allows more extensive use of the collected data
